OUR SITE POLICIES:

Deliveries :

  • All deliveries will be made by a reliable Courier Company in India or abroad.
  • All consignments will be lifted from us, by the Courier Company, within 48 hours of placement of order.
  • Normally, all consignments will be delivered within 1 week from the placement of order, anywhere in India. For deliveries to any other location in the world, the deliveries will be within 2 weeks, subject to local regulations. In the case of war, riots, major accidents, calamities- man-made or natural, etc. these time frames would be extended suitably.
  • The Deliveries will always be made to the Shipping address mentioned in the order.
  • If the delivery is not made within the stipulated time, the buyer has the option to decline acceptance and write to us for a full refund. If the deliveries are delayed owing to causes within our control, there will be no charge to the buyer. If however, deliveries are delayed, for causes beyond our control, we would be deducting the transportation and handling charges and refund the balance amount within 15 days.
  • If the addressee is not found at the specified address, during normal working hours, the Courier Company will leave an intimation. If the product is not claimed within 48 hours from the Courier Company, the same will be received back by us as undelivered. For such undelivered material, the buyer will have to make arrangements to pick it up from us or pay additional delivery charges as may be convenient. No refunds will be allowed under such circumstances.

Charges :

  • The charges mentioned in the bill displayed to you will be final and binding.
  • Your credit card will not be charged by us till the goods are ready for delivery.
  • Any local Charges, Duties, Octroi, etc. will have to be borne by the buyer, in cash, on delivery.
  • Orders will not be executed if the Credit Card Charge is declined or the cheque bounces.

Guarantees :

  • All products are guaranteed for a minimum of 3 months from the date of purchase or higher, as may be mentioned in the terms accompanying each product.
  • In the case of any manufacturing or inherent defects, they need to be returned to our office, at the buyer’s cost. On finding the complaint justified, we would respond with a repair/replacement / refund. The final decision in regard to the same would rest with us entirely.

Privacy :

  • We respect our customer’s privacy.
  • Sometimes, we may ask for personal information for our own information to address your needs better.
  • We shall not voluntarily disclose the personal data of our buyers to any other outside agency unless the buyer expressly allows the same (e.g. if the buyer chooses to receive offers from third parties, his email id may be disclosed to the third party).

Suppliers :

  • Our endeavour is to source products only from reputed suppliers, who share our concerns for honesty and Fairplay in their dealings with the buyers.
  • In the case of any major issues regarding quality and warranty, we will be helping you contact the prime supplier, and seek appropriate redressal. We will be on the buyer’s side, as long as the claims are justified, and we will always strive to provide the benefit of the doubt to the buyer.

Refunds / Exchange:

  • Orders once placed cannot be altered or cancelled.
  • Acceptance of the products will be sufficient evidence of the buyer having received them in good order and working condition.
  • The option for refunds for non-delivery would not arise since the Credit Card will never be charged until the goods are ready for delivery.

  • The exchange will not be entertained if the product performance is as per specifications and order, or, the product is found to be physically damaged, or not used as per standard operating conditions.
